We offer an 14 days return policy if frame that arrived is damaged or not as described. No restocking fee will be charged if this was to occur.
In other cases 15% restocking fee and original shipping cost deduction will apply.
Please, make sure you inspected frames carefully, before giving them to your optician. We are unable to cover frames damaged during the process of lens installation.
We must receive all items in exact same condition they were shipped out.
Order cancellation: Buyer can request us to cancel the order if he changed his mind, before order was shipped. After that moment we can’t accept a cancellation request.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please, note, shipping charges won’t be refunded after a package was shipped out.
