We offer an 14 days return policy (14 days after package was delivered) if frame that arrived is damaged or not as described. No restocking fee will be charged if this was to occur.
In other cases 10% restocking fee and original shipping cost deduction will apply.
Please, make sure you inspected frames carefully, before giving them to your optician. We are unable to cover frames damaged during the process of lens installation.
We must receive all items in exact same condition they were shipped out.
