We offer 30 calendar days return policy for our US based customers.
First 10 calendar days all returns accepted “no questions asked”, we will provide prepaid return shipping label (all frames should be returned in the same condition they were received)
Next 20 days returns accepted with 15% restocking fee and buyer is responsible for the return shipping.
We will not accept the return after 30 days from the time buyer received the shipment.
Please, make sure you inspected frames carefully, before giving them to your optician. We are unable to cover frames damaged during the process of lens installation.
We must receive all items in exact same condition they were shipped out.
Order cancellation: Buyer can request us to cancel the order if he changed his mind, before order was shipped. After that moment we can’t accept a cancellation request.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please, note, shipping charges won’t be refunded after a package was shipped out.
