How long will it take for me to receive my glasses?

We use a centralized lab to process your eyewear. Frames are usually available to ship out by the next business day after we receive your payment. We ship out using USPS services

What is your return policy for eyeglasses?

We offer an 14 days return policy (14 days after package was delivered) if frame that arrived is damaged or not as described. No restocking fee will be charged if this was to occur.

In other cases 10% restocking fee and original shipping cost deduction will apply.

Please, make sure you inspected frames carefully, before giving them to your optician. We are unable to cover frames damaged during the process of lens installation.

We must receive all items in exact same condition they were shipped out.

Please, make sure to contact us in this time frame in order to obtain an RMA.
