Return Policy

We offer 7 calendar days return policy for our US based customers on frames only.

Any prescription lenses are not refundable. Due to the time involved and custom nature of eyewear; all sales are final. We will deduct price of the lenses from the refund. 

Most of the frames that we sell are extremely hard to find, unique, hand made, sold at a very competitive price. 

For this reason all returns are subject to the 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.  

We will not be able to accept the return after 7 days from the time the buyer received the shipment.

Please, make sure you inspected frames carefully, before giving them to your optician. We are unable to cover frames damaged during the process of lens installation.

We must receive all items in exact same condition they were shipped out.

Order cancellation: Buyer can request us to cancel the order if he changed his mind, before order was shipped. After that moment we can’t accept a cancellation request.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please, note, shipping charges won’t be refunded after a package was shipped out.
